Each show offers a variety of services and products and great care is taken to limit the number of stands in each category at our shows.

Products/ServicesAs an exhibitor who has reserved a stand with us, you will receive the said stand usually in the form of a trestle table, and chairs. The exhibition that the stand applies to, will be clearly stated in the confirmation and on the invoice provided. Usually the stand has linen provided and complimentary drinks are supplied throughout the day of the wedding exhibition. The stand will be charged at the individual rate as detailed in our emailed quote or on the telephone. Should you have any query with any details confirmed at the time of reserving the stand, please advise us at the time the stand is reserved. All stand confirmations require you to confirm receipt of the said confirmation and that the information is correct. Please rest assured that every effort is made to ensure complete customer satisfactions, however, any queries or complaints on the day of the exhibition regarding your stand should be relayed to us on the day when we will do everything possible to resolve the situation. Any queries not resolved to your satisfaction should be advised to us in writing no later than 7 days after the event. Any queries or complaints received after exhibitions , are handled in a professional and courteous manner with empathy and quality customer service being the key.
Cancellation Policy
Stands may be cancelled at any time up to the 4 week period before the exhibition. This is the final payment stage. All deposits paid are non-refundable. Any cancellation within the 4 week period will not be refunded and full payment is due on unpaid accounts.
Private Policy
Where card payments have been made to us, please rest assured that your details are treated in the strictest confidence. Card details are processed and then destroyed. Card details are only handled by the directors of the company. The Main Event Company UK Ltd, will not disclose any card details obtained referring to your business transactions with us to any third party at any time.
