We look for professional exhibitors offering a high quality service and a varied spread of exhibitors offering a wide selection of services for each wedding show we organise. We will limit the numbers of exhibitors within the same business sector ensuring that a variety of styles, prices and services offered, are covered within the category. Exclusivity within a business sector cannot be expected unless this has been agreed with a company director and confirmed in writing.
As an exhibitor who has reserved a stand with us, you will receive the said stand usually consisting of a trestle table (varied sizes), linen and chairs. All exhibitors should work with in the stand area provided unless they have written confirmation contrary to this. The exhibition that the stand applies to will be clearly stated on the order confirmation sent on email.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your stand within 7 days of the emailed confirmation. Failure to send this could result in your stand being cancelled.
Deposits are non refundable or transferable.
A VAT invoice will be sent to you stating the final payment date. This is one month prior to the wedding show date. Failure to pay this amount could result in your stand being cancelled
Where possible we will negotiate complimentary drinks and parking for exhibitors throughout the day. This may not be possible at every venue. You will be notified of this in the exhibitors information pack emailed to you one week prior to the show. This will provide you with all the necessary information for the day.
Electricity cannot be guaranteed as this depends on the venue facilities. However every effort will be made to ensure that is is provided where required. All requests should be made at the time of booking your stand.
All stands will be charged at the rate quoted at the time of booking.
Any related queries should be done so at the time the confirmation is received.
Receipt of the deposit constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions of Business.
The company reserves the right to cancel a stand should this deem necessary. Under such circumstances a full refund will be given. The Directors decision is final.
Where a show is cancelled for whatever reason, you will be given an alternative date or show. If this is not acceptable a full refund will be given.
Should you require to cancel a stand for whatever reason, the deposit is non refundable. Cancellation must be received in writing. If cancelled within one month of the show date, then the full amount is due.
Every effort is made to ensure that the attendance on the day of the show is good. This always includes advertising campaigns in a variety of local media, posters, banners, web exposure, invitations from both the venue and our bridal database and pre-registered attendees from our website, are all undertaken to attract brides on the day. We cannot be held responsible for what may be deemed as lower attendance on the day. This can be caused by a variety of incidents including road works/accidents, good weather, bad weather and a variety of unknown uncontrolled circumstances. As with all forms of advertising we cannot guarantee that business will be obtained from a wedding show. Refunds are not given.
You will be given the time that the exhibition is open to the public. Exhibitors should not dismantle there stand prior to the official closing time.
Please rest assured that every effort is made to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, any queries or complaints on the day of the exhibition regarding your stand should be relayed to us on the day when we will do everything possible to resolve the situation. Any queries not resolved to your satisfaction should be advised to us in writing no later than 7 days after the event. Any queries or complaints received after exhibitions, are handled in a professional and courteous manner with empathy and quality customer service being the key.
